My pledge to you is simple: to provide you with the highest quality woodworking and the best customer satisfaction experience possible. I strive to be above all others in what I do, and you will see the difference when you receive your order. These are my guidelines for business:
1. If I, as a professional woodworker, wouldn't take it, I will not present it to you as finished.
2. A price quotation is exactly that. If I price it too low in a quote, that's my fault, not yours.
3. Since most projects take time, the customer most likely wants to stay informed. This is accomplished through e-mail, phone calls, and possibly a mailing. This does not, however, mean the customer wants every scrap of my extra paper in their mail box, a full voicemail, or an extraordinary amount of e-mail.
4. Advertising is good, but the best advertising is high quality and a satisfied customer.
5. Pricing should be fair, not competetive. I charge based on time, skill, and material quality. As I am not a big part of any industry, there is no reason to stick to an "Industry Standard".
6. The best advertising, again, is a satisfied customer. Each order is personal, and will be treated as such. There should be no problems in the communication with or satisfaction of the customer. If there are, they will be fixed above all else.
7. There's no sense in selling a product that you won't stand behind.
These are my basic rules of business. I am not a corporate machine, nor am I a furniture factory. Therefore, I will personally give you the respect you deserve both before, during, and after completion of your project. This is what I believe sets me apart from the rest.
